Product Overview

This fabricated pipe spool is designed for corrosive and abrasive process piping systems. It combines a seamless ASTM A106 Grade B carbon steel pipe body with ASTM A105N carbon steel Class 150 flanges and a 6 mm thick natural rubber lining. The spool is supplied at approximately 12 inch nominal diameter and 1500 mm length for direct installation in compatible flanged piping systems.

The internal natural rubber lining provides protection against slurry, minerals, wastewater, chemical media, and other demanding services where metal wear or corrosion must be reduced. Each spool is manufactured to the referenced project drawing and revision for dimensional and material traceability.
