Product Overview

This 12-inch flanged pipe spool is fabricated to ASME B36.10 piping dimensions with an overall length of 900 mm. It is designed for corrosive and abrasive fluid handling systems and features a 6 mm thick internal natural rubber lining. The spool reference is SPOOL NO. 80-653-16 and the fabrication drawing is MD-JAL-6A-80-ME-653-18, Revision 1.

The rubber lining has a controlled hardness of 63 ±5 Shore A according to ASTM D2240 and a specific gravity of 1.13 ±0.03 according to ASTM D729. Flanged ends enable direct installation into compatible piping systems while reducing field welding work.
